i have a very small appetite,i need maximum amount of calories with the littlest effort of eating,can anyone suggest anything?


Answers:

start off small. you'll need to get in your daily required caloric intake plus an additional amount between 300-500.

the best way is to start off with smaller meals then work your way up. ie: if you need 3000 calories to grow (this means your normal intake is 2500) then 2500/6 =400(around)

so, instead, have a 350 calorie meal 6 times per day = 2100
this is below your recommended intake, however within a few days your metabolism will speed up, allowing you to add an extra 100 calories per day (450x6=2700) and then just add the rest to a few meals. that's how i did it.
