Properly doing reps?!

Question: Properly doing reps!?
Should you squeeze/tighten your muscles at the end of each rep or is it ok to not squeeze/tighten up when finishing a rep!?

And is Muscle milk any good!? I was wondering if anyone has seen results!. I have a large jar of the stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Squeezing the muscle will always add resistance- you are automatically tightening on the exertion portion but on the release portion, you will benefit a little if you control the movement with tightening the muscle!. It's basically being in control of the rep the entire way instead of letting it drop on the way down!. You just get double the exercise!.
Muscle Milk tastes really great out of all the supplements I've tried!. The Ready-To-Drink are actually pretty!.!.!.good!. Any protein supplement will "work" if you are using it right and your diet is good!. Nothing works if everything else stays crummy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keeps your weights increasing and reduce your number of reps!. This put good stress on your muscle, (depending on the one you hitting)!. Proper form is required always!.

Protein milk are nice for beginners :) i took them, its worth it! You should have a proper nutrition consisting of Protein mainly because this really helps for muscle growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes once your at the "peak" of the rep you should squeeze your muscles, this will develop a "pump" in your muscle

as for the muscle milk I've heard it is very good and some of my friends have seen good results from itWww@Answer-Health@Com
