Question: I have a goal to meet this Summer; Can anyone help me please!?
I want to lose 30 pounds this Summer off my weight; Which is 170!. My height is 5'3; Which makes me have a big stomach!. How many weeks will this take and what must I do to lose it!? This is my first goal and I would like to do this and meet my goal!. The Summer begins on June 20 and ends around Septemeber 22; When the Winter begins!. I want my goal met by than!. This is almost 3 months in total; It may not take that long, but it's worth a try to see!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat breakfest, first because it stimulates ur metabalism also exercise dont starve your self just make sure you eat enough carbohydrates that you will waste as energy and not keep with in you nice portions of everything would be helpful , no junk foods like mcdonalds, burger king and places like that the have a alot of greesy foods eliminate all cafinated and carbinated pops especially dr!.pepper and others along those lines keep active ALL DAY AND MAKE SURE YOU GET ABOUT 8 HOURS OF SLEEP!. you digest properly in your sleep!. hopefully this helps good luck!! <(^_))> you can do it!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can't tell how fast you will lose the weight!. everyone loses weight at different rates!. every person loses weight at different rates during their weight lose!. you can lose 10 pounds in the first week and lose nothing for the next two!. you never know!. don't get discouraged!. to lose weight, you need to work out in short intense 15 min intervals!. you need to watch what you eat and you should lose weight!. don't keep watching the scale or you will think you are not succeeding and you will fail at your goal!. good luck on your goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well eliminate pretty much everything that has too much sugar, and eat fruits and trail mix instead!.Also try to do some sort of excersive for at least 30 minutes every day!.Let me know how it works out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Allow yourself at least 1500 to 1200 calories a day!.

Go by your food pyramid and incorporate all of the daily recommended foods in your daily diet!.

Eat three well balanced meals a day, portion sized only and two protein healthy snacks!. You need at least 70 grams of protein each day to help build healthy muscle so you can burn fat!.

There is nothing wrong with gaining muscle, since muscle burns fat!. You need to tone your muscles and walk each day to build muscle on top of muscle you have toned!. Last thing you want to do is gain muscle on top of fat!.

I work for an Inches-A-Weigh!. I have been there since Feb 1st of this year and have lost 37 pounds and lost multiple inches!. I have gone down three sizes!. I am now in a fourteen-twelve!. It is proven that protein helps aide in the loss of weight!.

Drink at least 8 8 0z glasses of water each day and try to have them in by 6 pm!. However we recommend 8 extra ounces for every twenty pounds you need to loose!.
