Question: Im 13 5'3 ft and i weigh 127 im losing and weight and need help and tips!?
im 13 5'3 ish and weigh 127!. it doesnt sound like im too obese but i have the rolls on my stomach and lovehandles!. my friends r skinny and its really embarassing when i go to the pool partys and stuff!. i go to the rush fitness center about 4 times a week i run and workout and stuff for bout 2 hours everytime i go!.i also eat healthy like almonds fruit veggies steak fish chicken and i take these GNC mega teen vitamins everyday!. i still cant lose weight its been like 1 and a half month!.since ive been doing this and i drink water!. ANY TIPS, SUGGESTIONS, OR HELPERS PLEASE!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it means you are developing or building muscles, the scale numbers are not moving right, it's staying consistent!. you need to give yourself sometime and eventually your weight will go down, you should be at least 115 lbs -120 for my opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. How MUCH fruit and steak and other meat are you eating!?

Are they lean cuts of meat!? Steamed or fried or roasted!?

When you say workout are you mixing weights with running and stretching!?

Are you sure the weight is all flab!?

at your age you DO NOT need to diet!.!.!.your body is growing right now!. if you want to lose your belly, you need to TONE!.!.!.sit ups, crunches!.!.they work well!. if you want to speed it up, try getting a weight loss belt from walmart or target, they are really inexpensive!.!.!.you wrap around your stomach while working out and it makes your stomach sweat alot!. take it off, and jump right into the shower, and make sure that you lotion up good after!! you will tone up in no time!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off u should know that im 13 years old and im 5'6" and i weigh 124!. i have alot of muscle and play football!. 1 year ago i weighed 120 and in order to play in the wieght class i wanted to play in i had to lose 5 pounds, but i wanted to lose 10 instead!. this is my routine: i went to the gym and got on the tredmill for 10 minutes, then i got on the stationary bike for 10 minutes!. then i ran 3 nonstop laps around the football field and jumped rope for 10 minutes!. repeat each of these exercises 2 times each!. i did that every day and lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks!. also, a recommendation is that you go to the gym in the morning before you eat breakfast because it starts you out with less calories and because your body has less calories, it will substitute fat instead!. just make sure you BRING PLENTY OF WATER WITH YOU SO YOU WONT GET TIRED!
