No need to starve, just go vegan!! You can eat a TON of vegan food on 1600-1800 calories a day!. Also, you can use www!.fitday!.com to keep track of your calories and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need!. Boca burgers, whole grain pasta, hummus, tabouleh, brown rice, veggies, and fruit are what I live off of!. I'm losing weight crazy fast, and I'm not even working out!. I can't imagine how quick you'd lose weight eating vegan AND working out!. Probably better results than starving yourself, plus you'll keep it off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots of chicken and fruit, keep away from deep fried anything and try cutting out bread and go to a low fat milk if you have milk at all i found natural yogurt on muesli was a good supplement when i was running all the time!. Persistence is best, Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com
