Answers:
i recently read that below 18% bodyfat(for women) was the level that researchers found the body would start using that hard to get rid of stored fat!. so i would say it's excellent and most girls and women can only dream of being that low in bodyfat!. sounds super for a 13yr old girl!. probably not a good idea to drop lower at your age!. keep up the good work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No its not bad, everyone eats junk food dont feel bad about it!. And an average person is serpose to have about 25% of their body as fat!. So if its like 17-18 its kind of lower than average but you probably have more muscle definition thats why and b/c your also 13!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm 17% also, or at least i was before i started eating crap!.!.!. when i was 17%, i was pretty happy with myself, but i wanted to get it down to about 15%!. just stop eating junk food!. have just one treat each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
