You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

I like weight watchers, but the meetings are not inexpensive, at least I don't think so!. So if you want cheap and still eat what your family does, cut out fats (like no mayo or butter on a sandwich, use whole wheat breads) eat more raw vegtables and fruit (watch the salad dressing on salads)!.
