Question:
I want to build muscle and burn fat same time?
would it be too much to take ripped fuel or hydroxycut, ( to burn fat) and to take a protein shake with amino acids the same time to build muscle, while lifting weights and running, would that be too much? or could i do both same time.
Answers:
You don't really need to "take" anything. Do 30 minutes of cardio followed by 20 or 30 minutes of strength straining, then 5 to 10 minutes of stretching exercises every other day. On the days in between, do 40 minutes of cardio and 5 to 10 minutes of stretching.
If you accompany this with a healthy diet including lots of fruit, veggies, and whole grains and about 3 -4 ounces of meat and a little low fat dairy every day, plus lots of water, you will be very satisfied with the results and proud to say you did it yourself!
