Question: Is it unhealthy if all i eat is!.!.!.!?
Is it unhealthy if all i eat is pasta, i dont understand why but i always eat dry pasta from a packed which has the dry sauce!.!.!. like today i went racing and it was one of the guys 18 th birthday and they had a BBQ and i couldnt eat any of it, i had a piece of bread and a slice of choc cake and that was it!.!.!.

Is it healthy and if not what will it do to me and also why am i like this !? <3 xWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it will be that unhealthy, however there are a hell of a lot of carbohydrates in pasta so if you don't do enough exercise it WILL store as fat ontop of your muscles, you need to use all the energy you take in to make sure you don't get excess energy (turns to fat) hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the reason you are like that is because you love carbohydrates!. add some broccoli and garlic or onion to pasta!. spaghetti sauce has good vitamins and minerals!. you have to balance it out with vegetables 85 percent of the time to have a well balanced diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You already know this isnt healthy, hence you posted the question!. What to do about it!? If you can't eat other foods, see a specialist!. This is going to cause longterm health problems for you otherwise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having only pasta, is VERY bad for the body!. Its good when you have a race or something like that but you need fruits and veggies, meats, all that!.
Not to mention its boring only eating one thing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if all your eating is pasta, then it is not healthy: you need nutirents and vitamins that are not in pasta!.

Protein is another major food group your missing out, protein is what tells you brain you have eaten, without it, it is very easy to pile on weight as your brain wont have regesred you have eaten, you may feel full for 20 mins, but after then you will feel hungry again, Like I say, very very easy to pile on the pounds this way!.

If you dont eat fruit and vegetables, your body wont be healhy, lack of vitamins can cause skirvy, bone problems, spots -as your skin will not be as healthy, dry skin or very oily skin/combination skin, fatigue (extreme tierdness), lack of muscle- and more body fat in proportion to that, bad hair- spilt ends etc, memory problems, getting colds and coughs very easily!.!.!.!. I could go on here!.

When you eat, one third of your plate should be carbohydrate (such as pasta) one third vegetables and one third protein (eg meat or fish or eggs)!. Eat 3 meals a day!.

Breaksfast included (breakfast: cereal: carbohydrate, milk: protein, orange juice or an apple cut up over the cereal: fruit)

Lunch :pasta salad: pasta :carbohydrate, tuna or cheese: protein, chopped up tomato and cucumber: vegetables

Dinner: spaghetti: carbohydrate, bolonaise: protein, vegetables (in bolonaise sauce, like tomato, onions, etc)

and also have 2 or 3 snacks a day, try to also make them a mix, things like a cereal bar are better then just a bag of crisps as the cereal bar will most of the time( if they are good quality ones) will have more protein in then a bag of crisps which is unlkeily to have any in at all!.

The reason your probably aimed towards carbohydrates is because when we eat carbs, out brain sends out endorphines, these are "Feel good" hormones and its like n instant reward, it happens with all food, but its much greater with carbohydrates then any other food group!. Hence you will crave to eat carbs more as your brain is hooked on them!.

Just for reference, carbs are anything starchy such as pasta, rice, bread, chips!.!.etc and also anything sweet: very very sweet fruits, cake, dohnuts, sweets, chocolate!.!.!.etcWww@Answer-Health@Com
