Stand up against a wall and place your hands on the wall like your doing a push up on the floor!. Now, do the push up movements, by pushing your hands on the wall to push your body back!.!.!.!.then release and lay back into the wall!. do this 50 times a day!.!.!.only takes 5 minutes to do!. Well, push ups will define the arm muscles, but you wont see the results unless you get rid of the layer of fat covering the muscle!. There is no way to target one area of fat on your body that you would like to get rid of because when you burn calories, your body just takes the fat from everywhere!. So just eat right and exercise often to get rid of the layer of fat!. If you want to define the muscle, just lift weights and do push ups!. Then when you get rid of the arm flab, you will have some nice results!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are over 40- plastic surgery!. That is the toughest area on a woman to firm up!. Weights are great but once you get those "wings" it is hell to lose them!. I am pretty thin (but old- 54) and I have mini-wings!. I have tried weights but to be honest, I have not seen improvement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know about the best way, but I run on my treadmill everyday while holding light light weights!. you'll be surprised!Www@Answer-Health@Com
