Hi,

Getting a 6 pack will take some time and some effort!. You sound as though you have the motivation and the willingness to put the time into your goals, which is half the battle!. A great way to define your abdominal muscles would be to exercise them every other day for 60 minutes!. Combine different core exercises to define and sculpt your abs!. Some different abdominal exercises would be the plank, leg lift, crunches, sit ups, etc!.!.!.!. once you feel comfortable performing these types of exercises begin adding weights!. I would suggest starting with 5 lbs and working your way up!.

What you eat also plays a huge part in defining your muscles!. Try to avoid white breads!. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, protein, and drink plenty of water!. Best of luck:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

6 packs have more to do with diet than anything else!. Genes also play a part!.

To get cut and low in body fat a combo of toning exercises like weights, elastic bands, body-weight exercises like crunches, push ups, etc!. are in order!. Choose the kind of exercises and routine you enjoy and do it twice a week with good intensity!

The add 2 days of at lest 20 t0 30 minute cardio at a good intensity too!. Find the cardio you enjoy and do it!.

This exercise combination and healthy eating will get you in very good shape in time!.

if i were you i would go to your local reputable gym and have a word with the staff they will be able to advise you properly not only on what exercise to do but what foods to eat they will even work you out training programme so that you can maximise your progress as quickly as possible without over doing it and injuring yourself good luck hope this helps you outWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the shopand buy a six pack, or else go here:http://rosstraining!.com/ and get the training manuals, they are the top of the line man!. Just do it!. Do 50 burpees right now as fats as you can!. I don't now what 12 stone is but whatever your level you can apply Ross's priciples for the best reuslts and the most scientific and proven training advcie out there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is good or jogging if you prefer!.

Its good to eat right too not too much junk food or too many snacks!. Drink plenty of water!.

Swimming is good and so is bike riding, weights are good to tone what you have already achieved so try to stick to cardio until you see the shape you want starting to appear and remember it will take anything from 8 - 12 weeks (to see any little change) so persist the results are worth it in the end!.

Found a link which i'll be taking note of myself!. good Luck ;)

to get the 6 pack you want you will need to have a body fat % less than 12 also you will need to do various ab and oblique exercises 1-2 times per week!. Abs are the hardest to get and take the longest so just be pacient and you should see good results in less than 1 yearWww@Answer-Health@Com

in a serious note this is how i did it!. Eat everything and anything you want to before 3PM but dont eat afterwards and then do sit-ups 30 reps 3sets and you should be seeing results fast took me 6 months but thats because i was a little overweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bike ride everyday & swimming !!Www@Answer-Health@Com
