Question: How can i put on weight am very slim!?
i am 16 and i want to put on weight so my bum and boobs go bigger my height is 5ft2 and i weigh less than 7 stones:(Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really doesn't matter what you weigh aslong as your healthy!
But you can eat foods rich with protein, and foods with carbs!.
You can also buy protein powders, or a there is a powder called 'sustagen' which they sometimes give to hospital patients to help gain weight - if you get it in vanilla you can mix in other flavours like coffee or strawberry, you normally mix these with milk or water!.

If you excercise it helps you gain weight, builds muscle mass!. I dont think there is a real way to direct it to choose where the fat goes! But some people who are naturally underweight will find it goes to their boobs first!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont feel bad, i am the same way and i am 30 years old!.!.!. something that has really helped me put on alot of weight is Ensure Plus!.!.!.!. It is made for help in gaining weight and it does work!.!. i would recommend the strawberry and chocolate!.!.!. they are so good when the are real cold!.!. make sure u dont get the regular Ensure, it has to be the Ensure plus and i would suggest taking a daily vitamin!.!.!. thats really helped me put on some pounds!.!.!. good luck to you!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
