What bodybuilding supplements?!


Question: What bodybuilding supplements!?
I trained 6 years ago for muscle mass, i am now just starting again! i then took creatine 100% monohydrate and a protein shake, it worked ok, has any one taken amino acids tablets!? and how many omega3 capsuals should i take aday!? i eat as good as i can, egg whites, chicken, tuna, oats etc!.!.!.!. i just want to know what other people use but at the same time not take to much if you know what i mean!? can anyone recomend any supplements!? thanks!. im 26 6ft 2" and 13 stoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

its a pretty good stack to take after workouts, the whey gives you the protein you need after workouts, the starch restores your glycogen levels to prevent going catabolic and also helps transport the amino acids and creratine around your body getting them to where they need to be in order to maximise their effects

omega 3, i take upto 3 capsules a day but my diet is quite high in omega 3 anyways as i eat a lot of fish so often i will only have 1 first thing in the morning with a breakfast shake made of whey, oats and milk

i'm 25 and this is my daily meal + supplement plan

6-00 black coffee+fat burner+1 scoop whey+1 Amino tab+5g glutamine
CARDIO
7-30 bowl oats+2 egg white+Multivit
9-00 1 scoop whey
11-00 Low fat meal (protein+carbs) eg- baked potato+chicken
2-00 1 tin tuna+fat burner
5-00 high carb+protein meal (cook pasta+stir in chicken soup)
7-00 1 scoop whey+5g glutamine+5g creatine+2 amino tabs
TRAIN
8-00 2 scoop whey+5g glutamine+5g creatine+2 amino tabs
9-00 meal (protein+carbs)turkey/chicken+rice/potat!.!.!.
11-00 2 scoop casein+5g glutamine+1 amino tab
SLEEP

Whey mix with water and casein mix with milk
water only through day
