Whats the difference if i do the same workouts like everyday?!


Question: Whats the difference if i do the same workouts like everyday!?
will my muscles adapt if i do the same workouts and not grow anymore!.!.if i keep it up will i at least maintain muscle and why not workout the same muscle groups everyday wont that promote better results!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You'll maintain and grow up to certain point!. Eventually you'll want to change up your workout after 6 months!.

The reason why you wouldn't want to work the same group of muscles every day is because in order for your muscles to grow stronger they need time to heal!. When you work out, your muscles literally tear and when they heal they reattach themselves together!. This is why you're sore after a workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your muscles grow when you are doing a weight lifting type routine!. They will only grow to a certain point depending on your body and it's hormones!. To keep a routine can be boring as well!. You will want to mix things up and try new things like yoga or dance!. You will need to do Cardio 30 minutes a day 5-7 days!. Weightlifting should be done with a day or two in between so that the muscles have time to heal!. When thinking about Cardio take into consideration physical limitations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As long as its an overall workout!. Don't overlook portions of your body!. Such as if you only work out you upper body all the time, your lower body will become lax and not be able to deal w/ the added muscle above, and wouldn't know how to compensate for it either, since it's not getting any work regimen!. Yeah pretty much!. When you do the same exercise every day your body gets used to it and finds the most effecient way to do it!. Therefore your muscles don't really get a workout at all!. It's like lifting up a pencil!.

no if you work out different muscles each day youll get better ressults!. you have to let them rest or recooperate from working out or they will stay tens all the tim and wont have as much of an effect!. its better to work out your upper body one day and then lower body the nextWww@Answer-Health@Com
