Can you please help my friend?!


Question: Can you please help my friend!?
one of my best friend's have a weight problem!. she is 5'4" and 183 lb and 14 years-old!. her bmi is in the obsesity range!. can you please tell me some ways to get her to loose weight!? please keep in mind that she loves food and hates to work out!. i want her to get healthier and i dont want her to get tease anymore in school for not being able to fit into a size 8 and lower and for being fat!. so please help her!. thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is a decision she needs to make on her own!.
the best thing you can do for her is be there, and stick up for her when people tease her!.

try and encourage healthy eating, or join a sports team, or meet up for walks with your dogs!. baby steps :)

Well, its not your job to help her lose weight!. She has to develp healthier eating habits and eat a healthy diet!.

It sounds like you are a good friend, trying to help another!. I have two suggestions for you!.

1!. Invite your friend over, and instead of of watching tv, invite her to go on a nice walk, go roller blading, swimming, anything! Just show her that she can have fun while exercising!

The second option might be more difficult for you, but will help her in the long run!

2!. Talk to her mom, or a school counseler, or even your friend and discuss your concerns for her!. They could probably help you give ideas!

Oh, and I just thought of another idea!

3!. Tell your friend that you want to a workout buddy to get thin and fit for the new school year! You guys can exercise together, etc!.!.!.!.!.

Overall, Just show your friend how fun exercising can be!

ok, you are a good friend, so here goes!. your friend can try taking some applecider venigar before each meal!. she can take it anyway she finds easy ,with or without water!. two table spoon full is ample!. also she can take some cold compressed coconut oil!. you can get it in pill form at a healthfood store!. it will also help if she walk at least 30 minutes each day!. oh and hot peppers burns calories!. good luck!. you should start seeing result in about thirty days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She will only lose weight if she wants to lose weight!. If you are truly a friend, you will like her for who she is, not for what you think she should be!.
