Question:
How bad is it for a 16 year old to consistantly skip at least one whole meal a day?
Answers:
skipping a meal leads to over eating for two reasons, 1, you're extra hungry by the time you eat and you eat twice as much and twice as fast as you normally would and 2, when you skip a meal, your body thinks it's starving because it's not eating when it's hungry so the next time you eat, you body will absorb as much fat from that next meal as it can in order to store energy. You'll lose more weight if you eat several small meals a day as opposed to three large ones.
