Any exercise you need needs to be at least 30 minutes!. And all the carbs from that cereal, will just shoot up your blood sugar levels, and when you crash, guess what!? You'll be craving more sugar!!! Not a good plan!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no matter what you eat, you should have at least 30 minutes of exercise every day!. you can do it 10-15 minutes at a time!. if you can't do it every day, try for 5-6 days each week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
