lol there is a thing called Centergy!. It is Pilates, Yoga, and Thai Chi combined into one!. I do it all the time and I LOVE it, it's the perfect strech, relaxing, and muscle building all into one!. I HIGHLY recommend it!. If you search Group Centergy you can order dvds of them =) I've never heard of yogaloties though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
