Where do I Begin?!

Where do I Begin?

I have decided to start working out and I have no idea what I need to do first. I am 5'1 and weigh about 112 lbs. I want to tone up(especially in the back)but there is no gym where I live, and I don't own any weights. I could go running, but I don't know how long or how far...does it even matter? Could someone just give me an idea of a good plan?

There are many DVD's for working out that you could buy, such as Denise Austin's Personal Training System. It will help you tone up your back.

Here is a website that give some good tips on starting an exercise program.

If you want to incorporate weights, but don't have any you can use simple household items such as milk jugs filled with water.

As far as a running workout it depends on what kind of shape you are in now. You don't want to overdo it and end up not sticking with the program.
