Try not to eat carbs and very limited sweets or foods high in sugar! Drink LOTS of water it flushes fats out of your body!

I lost 12lbs in two weeks before my prom it works also work out one a day for an hour if you can!Www@Answer-Health@Com

10lbs in 3 weeks is very hard, i would aim for 10lbs in 10 weeks to total to 500 calories burned a day, for another total of 3500 calories a week (1 pound) multiply that by 10 and your set !
but to actually do this
first check your B!.M!.I on a bmi calculator to see if your a healthy weight!. (serch on google)
but to loose weight
you have to burn more calories then you eat!.!.!.
normally in a day you burn off every Calorie you eat, but if you exercise every day you will burn even more !!! you should be eating about 800-1000 calories a day but if your burning extra calories a day, you will be on the right track!.
and if you ever get a temptation to eat junk food, think to yourself that if i eat this i will have to work SO much harder to burn it off!.
do a cardio activity everyday like biking or running anything to get your heart pumping cause cardio burns fat anything but lifting weights or doing sit ups (targeting your "problem area" ) witch build mucle under neith the fat making you look fatter!.

Don't go to extremes, really!. You'll just get sick and the weight will come back!. Substitute!. Really!. Have water instead of soda, have lo-fat instead of the regular!. Avoid sugary foods!. Skip desert!. Don't add extras like cheese, mayo, etc to your food!. Eat smaller portions!. Instead of eating 2-3 meals a day, eat 4-5 smaller ones!. These things are really easy to do, and your body wont fight with you!. Also, walk!. Talk a mile walk around the neighborhood!. It burns calories and will increase your metabolism!. Change your eating habits!.
Don't eat lunch!. But you can eat breakfest and dinner!. But do not eat any fast foods!. Do not eat any TV dinners, or do not eat any foods with grease!. Also in the morning and night!. Go on about a 35 minute jog!. And when your at home after you eat do not lay down!. Also, do about 15 sit ups in a non-stop pace!. Later, do some crunches!. When you want a snack control yourself and just drink water!. Fruits would help for breakfest!. Try to even run up and down the stairs about 6 times!.
