I'm 135 pounds?!


Question: I'm 135 pounds!?
K I'm 15 years old, 135 pounds maybe around 5'3, yes i know i'm fat!. But please someone help me, I feel like I' not motivated enough!. Can someone help me!? Like what should I eat and how many minutes should i excercise a day!? how can i tone everything!. pls I need your help and my fat back really bothers me! You may have a FEW and I mean a FEW extra pounds, nothing more!.!.!.!. if you want to lose 5-10 lbs, eat healthier, more fruits and veggies, don't eat as many carbs, drink lots of water and walk a little at night!. There is so much pressure for women to be stick thin, especially at your age, but it's NOT necessary and sometimes not even all that attractive!. I bet the guys at your school, notice your curves and are impressed, you are probably so much cuter than you give yourself credit for!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax, you are not fat at all!. If you do anything extra in your day, like walking or getting on the treadmill, or swimming with your friends, anything at all, you will lose weight!. Try not eating any fast food, unless it's a special occasion!. Don't forget that you are 15 and still growing into your body!. When you are 21, you will look completely different!. Your body will be mature, and you'll thin out!. Have fun, I miss being 15! It's summer just get out and play! :) Take care!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, what I do is run thirty minutes a day 4 times a week on the track or treadmil and fit in 10-20 crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
