a mix of both!. sit-ups will get you those packs up top!. you need the packs down lower!. there the top 2 mid 2 bottom 2!.

situps will work top2 and a bit of the bottom 2!.

crunches will work bottom 2 and a bit of the mid 2!.

so doing both your set

(thats as simple as i can put it and how it gets lol i dont like complicated things!.)

o yeah, i did this for a month!. a mix of sit-ups n crunches!.

nd i got an 8 pack!.!.!.!.its just how im built!. ull get that 6 pack in no time!.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but neither!. You need to do a variety of many different ab exercises to get a six pack!. You can find tons online-just mix it up!. Also, diet among overall fitness doesn't hurt!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't really matter on either!. If you do either the muscle will buld under all the fat you already have (if you have any fat there) and so it wont be visible anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your not going to get a six pack by just doing one or the other!.

It takes complete body weight training with a good diet to lose the fat and show the muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
