Is drinking coffee once a day bad for trying to obtain a six-pack?!

Question: Is drinking coffee once a day bad for trying to obtain a six-pack!?
I am a very active person!. I eat healthy the majority of the time!. However i do make myself a pot of coffee every day in the morning!. I am trying to obtain a six-pack and lose body fat!. I enjoy coffee immensely!. I drink only one cup a day with 2 spoonfuls of sugar!. Perhaps if i used splenda or brown sugar as a substitute!. I also heard coffee boosts up your metabolism!. Anyway please anyone with experience who has gotten a six-pack, please reply!. Thank YouWww@Answer-Health@Com

No it doesn't effect you and anybody who replies after me and says yes is a liar or terribly unfortunate!.

I have a 6-pack and I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day, Morning and depending on were I am in the daytime!. Also you must be doing some form of abdominal exercises so I think it will depend on what ones you do and the effectiveness of them and your current weight/body fat etc!.!.!.

But still, No coffee isn't bad for trying to obtain a six-packWww@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think coffee has any real bearing on your fat loss!. However, if you're eating fruit, I highly recommend cutting it out completely and eat vegetables instead!. Fructose (natural fruit sugar) and table sugar are not your friend if you're trying to lose body fat because the body converts it to fat and stores it quickly and easily!. Splenda will be a good substitute for sugar in your coffee, the downside is it's quite expensive, but worth it when you get that 6-pack!. Good luck with your efforts! I hope they pay off!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A cup a day is NOTHING! I drink about 4-6 a day (yes that much!) and I have a 6 pack!. I do not use any sugar though just milk!. You might want to try that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only thing I would change is to an artificial sweetener!. Get rid of all the empty calories that you can!.
