Question: Question about weight!.!.!.!?! help!?
This year I went from 130lbs to 110 lbs, and I grew 2 inches from 5'2 to 5'4!. I still ate a lot of calories in the day, but i exercised a lot more and ate two as many fruits/veggies and half as many carbs and fats as before!. But now I'm fairly satisfied with my weight, but I don't want to gain any!. What should i do to ease back into not losing weight!? By the way, my weight is okay now, right!?!?!!?!!?

you seem real healthy!.there is no garanty that you will loose or gain weight!.but the best way to keep it close is to excersize 2 or 3 times a week,eat healthy foods(instead of having chips for snack grab an apple),keep your calories about 2,000 range,and be happy about yourself!.you weigh 5 ponds less than i do and im same hight!.even if you gain a few pounds dont worry,your great!

calculate your body mass index and if it is not to your liking keep losing weight go to webmd!.com and use their system forget what it was called but u will find it answer all the questions then read their advice based on what u said about your eating habits and age and weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
You sound very healthy from the description!.!.!. Just continue to exersize and track what you eat so you can try and eat a 2000 calorie diet a day!. Also drink some milk!! Good Luck!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

work out 3 times a week and eat a diet of 2000 calories and day and add some protein in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
