Question: I need help with a bodybuilding diet plan!?
I need help with a diet plan to gain muscle ( i'm looking to gain about 5-10 lbs of muscle) !. The thing is, my parents dont cook much at all and really hate doing it!. So usually i would be stuck to things such as protein shakes, etc!.
im thinking of spacing out my meals like this but i dont know what to eat and when!?

See your gym dietician, dont try to save money and DONT listen to diet advise from people here, they wouldn't know the difference b/w a grape and a grapefruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Cottage cheese, yogurt, peanuts, peanut butter sandwiches, protein bars, string cheese, milk, tuna fish, etc
