Question: 16 year old male need muscle building help!.!?
I am a 16 year old male 5 feet 7 inches tall 122 pounds 7% body fat!. I want to build some muscle, not to much but just enough to help me attract girls!. Anyone have few good exercises i can do to help that, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are still developing so go easy on the lifting!. To put on weight, you should eat after your workout and never before!. Keep doing cardios so your muscles will stay lean but use heavy weights with less reps to gain size!. Girls are not attracted to muscles as much as they are attracted to a good sense of humor!. Show them respect but do not act like a lost puppy that needs to be with them all of the time!. Also, save your money when it comes to those GNC protein drinks!. At your age you will be fine with fish, chicken, veggies and pasta!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
