Losing 20 lbs.?

Hello. I am a 14 yr. Old girl that is 5” 6’, I weigh 175 pounds, my body fat % is 18.8%. I play ice hockey. Before next season I need to lose 20 pounds. Actually I’m not concerned about how much I weigh, but how much fat I have. Basically I want to lose 20 pounds worth. So I have today - august 20. I figure I could lose a pound every 2 days. Heres where you come in. how? I don’t care if it’s a crash diet. I already workout constantly, and play about million sports. So I need a diet. I never seem to be eating right. Now I need a crash diet that is hardly anything to burn.. So can you help? Any info is neede. Thnks!

get a partner, friend, email buddy, random dieter, messenger buddy, whatever...and keep track of each other. set the goal, and stick to it, or admit to someone else you're not sticking to it. motivation is NOT easy, but it always helps when you might be letting someone ELSE down. no easy way to lose weight, and it doesn't fall off fast. but success can be as small as 1 pound per week. 10 weeks later, you've dropped some good weight totals.
