but to loose weight
you have to burn more calories then you eat!.!.!.
normally in a day you burn off every Calorie you eat, but if you exercise every day you will burn even more !!! you should be eating about 800-1000 calories a day but if your burning extra calories a day, you will be on the right track!.
and if you ever get a temptation to eat junk food, think to yourself that if i eat this i will have to work SO much harder to burn it off!.
do a cardio activity everyday like biking or running anything to get your heart pumping cause cardio burns fat and since you only have a tummy you will loose it fast just make sure you stay away fromweights or doing sit ups (targeting your "problem area" ) witch build mucle underneith the fat making you look fatter, surprisingly enough, that is how it is !
