Question: Need help to lose 30 to 50 ibs, im 15 and weigh 200 ibs!?
hey ive asked soo many times, but heres another
im 15 year old guy, and i weigh 200 ibs!.
i want to lose 30 to 50 ibs sooo badly
i want abs and musscels!.
but i mostly want to lose the pounds first, and in like 2-3 months!. how can i!?
i run, jog, walk everyday!.!.with a sweat belt!.
i eat sumtimes, but i cant help it!.
i do exercises, and i just want to know, how can i lose weight in 2-3 months!? please help!.

I can help you here to the T!. I was once in your exact situation except I went all the way up to 250lbs(now im down to 165)!. I know its hard to change, but after the first MONTH everything is so much easier!. First of all!.!.!.stay away from fast food, I know this is hard especially when its so easily available!.!.i'd recommend bringing snacks like beef jerky with you if you simply cannot resist the temptation to snack!. First of all you need to change your diet, you need @ LEAST 1 gal of water per day <- this is the most important thing!. Next you need lean protein and vegetables!. I did this!.!.!.!.stopped eating red meat (I consumed it near every day) focused on eating chicken/turkey/fish!.!.!.switched from white bread to whole wheat breads!. Do not rely on frozen dinners or foods such as frozen pizza/hot pockets!.!.!.these contain empty calories and this food never gets you full!. If you consume milk switch to 1% or skim milk!. If you eat potatoes!.!.!.switch to red potatoes, they're the healthiest alternative to eating any kind of potatoes!. Consume fruits every day if possible!.!.!.how I did this was get huge bags of fugi apples(DELICIOUS) eat 1 or 2 per day as a snack!.!.!.You NEED to eat every 3-3 1/2 hours per day to keep your metabolism working at its peak so you can continue to burn calories ALL day long!. Keep away from white breads of any kind!.!.!.rice!.!.!.!.if you wanna eat this buy organic brown rice (it has many health advantages) You may also want to invest in a multivitamin to supplement your vita-needs if you go off red meat completely like I did!. As for working out, if you do heavy workouts your body acknowledges this as anaerobic workouts instead of aerobic(which is cardio) this is bad why!? Its not really bad but you start to put on muscle instead of losing fat completely and losing weight(I recommend losing weight first then putting on muscle)Lastly i'd like to say its okay to cheat, just dont go overboard, keep 1 day out of the week as a cheat day so you dont go crazy!.!.!.!.It will be very hard but when you start seeing results you'll be extremely happy!.!.!.!.!.I'd like to point out my first 30-40 pounds came off with no working out at all!.!.!.if this motivates you more so!.!.!.!.!.!.REMEMBER to keep up the water intake and keep yourself motivated, chicks dig sexy :D GOOD LUCK

Everyday run about 4 miles, work up to it!
And eat the triangle as I say!

i was also afat person like u but with a little patience i m hving a tonned body
try to work out in a gym under a trainers supervision
whenever u come home from gym or after exercising take hot liqiud like milk!.
dont try to avoid food completely
try to reduce ur fat intake
for that try to eat MINIMUM of potato and rice!.

mainly focus on fruits and veggies, but make sure to get things like calcium and protein!. fiber keeps you fuller for longer!. avoid things such as diet soda!. drink at least 1 liter of water per day!.
when you're exercising, make sure you're really pushing yourself!. not so much that you hurt, but enough that you feel tired when you are done!.
not to burst your bubble but you probably can't lose 30-50 lbs in 2 or 3 months!. I'd honestly give it 6 months!.
Personally I'd try more cardio!. I play DDR--it's a really fun game and I like it a lot!. After I burn 300 cals on DDR I do exercises with 3 lb hand weights, then I do things like pushups and situps!.!.!.and then I go walk a mile to finish off!. I'd also maybe try changing your exercise routine up a bit if you're unable to lose much more, it helps you get past the barriers you get stuck at sometimes!.
remember weight loss is a journey, not a destination! you have to always be willing to work hard and keep on trying even when you feel discouraged! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
