How do you tone/ build muscle?!


Question: How do you tone/ build muscle!?
do you work a different muscle all week like

sun-abs,lower back
mon-cardio
tues-chest,upper back,shoulders
wed-cardio
thu-,arms,stomach
friday-cardio
sat-legs

pleaze tell me the proze and cons to my example one, and what would happen to your body if you followd it (like would something grow abnormally larg and look bad while others stay small) and would it be good for someon interested in taking martial arts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep that looks good to me, although I wouldnt do chest, upper back and shoulders all in one day!. I dont think your supposed to work your triceps and biceps in the same day either!.

If you want to stick to that workout plan you should move shoulders to saturday!. Heres a good workout plan though:

Monday - Chest + Triceps
Tuesday - Rest
Wednesday - Biceps + Back
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Shoulders + Legs
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Abs/Cardi/Rest

To build muscle, try and eat food that is high in protein and carbs!. Also, ive heard Whey Protein is the best protein supplement around to help build up muscle quicker!. Hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

get an eliptical called the nordic trac comercial 1300 i have 1!. It's cheap and is really good at muscle toning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
