its really diet and exercise, try to be active through out the day!. A simple jog, swim or any kind of exercise that you find fun would suffice, just avoid eating so much after!. you don't really have to do anything intense!.!.!. though i got to admit, its not that easy to lose 10 ibs in 2 weeks!. i find it better if u really give a good span of time to possibly loose this weight and keep yourself 10 ibs lighter then you are today!.!.!. there are many sites that can help you find good methods to loose weight!. so gudluk with that :D just remember never to stress yourself because of this!

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

If u want to lose ur wait for the first u need to do a lot of exercises!.
Then u must avoid JUNK FOODS!.
Have a lot of RABBIT FOODS like vegetables and fruits!.

@ Sit when you eat!.
@ Always Avioid Junk food!.
@ Dont eat pizza, potato and oily food!.
@ Dont drink Softdrinks and soda!.
@ Eat a lot of fruits
@ Eat a lot of vegitables!.(salad)
@ Drink a lot of water
@ Do not eat candy or chocolate
@ Sleep well
@ If you can, do mediatation and yoga!.
@ Dont drink alcohol and don't smoke
@ Eat hygienic foods!.
@ Don't get yourself starve
@ After breakfast, make water your primary drink!.

@ Eat 90 percent of your meals at home!.

first of all that alot to lose in a little amount of time!.!.!.
but try jogging 1 mile each day,
then every night do 70 crunches,
do 60 push ups every morning,
ride a bike for about 2 or 3 miles,
do short little sprints from place to place,
do 50 jumping jacks,
and just basically eat healthy!.!.!.!.
don't starve your self tho!.!.!.
still eat!!!!!

It might not be possible in that fast but, eat a lot of healthy food, and protein bars!. NO soda or junk food!. Run a couple miles a day, and work out those abs and do squatting exercises with weights in your hand to get the flab to fab! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you mean 10lbs but thats not really possible without starving (don't do that!) just eat sensible and exercise!. but you probably won't loose nearly a stone in 2 weeks - thats a bit unrealistic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

10ibs in two weeks that alot
don't starve yourself although that woul proly get you close but in danger afterwards
just go on the treadmill everyday for those 2 weeks at the end of the day and eat lighter foods and im sure you wil loseWww@Answer-Health@Com
