How many calories does it mean!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
let me strat by clearing that 1kcal =1 cal also =1000 calorie-unit!.already on the chart that you gave you have the energy 114kcal=114cal!. but if you want to know how they came with the number 114 kcal than listen to this:The nutrients which contribute to the energy values in food are carbohydrates (1g= 4kcal), protein (1g= 4kcal), fat (1g= 9kcal) and alcohol (1g = 7kcal)!. Therefore, the calories from each of these components make up the total calories of the food!.in your case carbohydrates is 13gr so you multiply 13 by 4= 52Kcal
proteins; 1!.8gr by 4= 7!.2kcal
total fat; 6!.2gr by 9= 55!.8kcal
if you add up these numbers it should be similar to the given energy (kcal) 52+7!.2+55!.8= 115 kcal
but companies usually round up or down their numbers to sell more like coca_cola zero; it doesn't provide you with zero calorie but it's 0!.3 or to be more accurate; less than 0!.5 cal!.
if you re -do the calculation accprdingly rounding up proteins to make 2gr instead of 1!.8, also your total fat will be 6 instead of 6!.2 !. if you do the same calculation
carb; 13 by 4= 52kcal
prot; 2 by 4= 8 kcal
tot fat 6 by 9= 54kcal
ad up the sum you get 114 kcal or 114 cal, this is the same number given in your food chart!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The easiest way to convert it is by using fat - calories scale!.

1 gram of fat contains 9 calories, so what you're describing there has 6!.2 grams of fat!.

So it would contain 55!.8 calories!. But that's just in the fat!. And just out of interest k signifies "multiplied by one thousand", so 1000 calories is one kcal!. Note, however, that dietetic "Calories" are already equivalent to kcals!.

The energy is the important part because it's the stuff you generally have to work off before the body starts looking at other sources to burn eg!. excess fat!. Here is a site that is good for recommended daily calorie intake:
