Trying to Lose Weight.?!


Question: Trying to Lose Weight!.!?
if i were to lift lets say 20lbs a day, i would tell you how many i do and each different kinds i do, but i don't know all the names!. If i were to maybe jog(i would run but not with my size and what i have to wear) for 30 minutes a day!. Cut back on pastries, sweets, and only drink water in the place of sweet beverages like tea and soda!. How long would it take me to lose 200 to 250 lbs!. By the way, i was wondering, about how much is a good weight for most men, this way i know how much weight i have to subtract from mine to get there!.

for now i'm only lifting weights each day, we have a joggers/bicycle path like a minute or 2 walk from me and i can go jogging on that!. The reason why on that, its hidden from the public(i'm selfconscious about excercising in public), its basically flat so i don't have to worry about stumbling, its well shaded from the sun(because its hot around here)!. and there are probably other reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is what i am doing I have lost 14 pounds since April 16th!.

DO eat lots of fiber, whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats (no beef or red meat) And drink lots of water

DONT eat enriched flour or rice!. Stay away from saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and trans fat!.

Splurge once a week!. But get back on track!.

EXERCISE:
about 4 times a week if you're a begginer!. about 30 to 45 minutes of any type of cardio (running, walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, skating, machines like elliptical etc) and do very light weights for toning so you build muscle and burn more calories!.

If you are looking to loose weight there are a few things that you need to know!. First off you need to eat healthy!. If you are not eating healthy there will be some problems!.
Second, you need to be eating around 5-6 small meals a day!. You also need to eat a great portion of greens and veggies!. Does this sound hard!?

Well I will be the first to tell you that it is not easy to loose weight!. But if you are determined then you can do it!.

I know first hand how hard it can be but I also know that you can also loose the weight that you want if you just stay dedicated!.

Simple right!? Well let me tell you that many people make this much more harder then it really is!.
Some things that you can eat and snack on would be popcorn (without the butter of course) oatmeal, green veggies, whole wheat, fruit, chicken, fish and more!.

These things are highly important!.

Some things that you must and need to stay away from is this: Chips, Fat, sugar, candy bread!.

If you can manage to eat small meals through out the day then you can and will loose weight! many time people also fail to loose weight is this!. They simply aren't dedicated!. Yes, dedication is highly important!. Why, because they say that over 50% of weight loss is all mental!.

If you can be mentally strong then loosing weight is not a problem!. Trust me, I know I was there!. I am a normal person like you that was looking for a way to loose weight and I did!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
