Fast weight loss!?!


Question: Fast weight loss!!?
I go through these phases where I can not eat for two days, then I **** it up!. I need to lose weight fast!
Any great pointers!?

If anyone has their own food schedule that works please let me know!

How much do you weigh now!? well anyways, to start off, if your not in love with meat, go veggan or pescetarian *eat fish eggs and dairy* just becuz of al lthe fat and extra calories!. meat makes you feel sluggish!. wich will help you when you exorcise so your full of energy!. go out on walks in the morning for 30 minutes!. With friends, so it will be funa dn maybe you can do it so longer!. Drink plenty of water too and make sure to have fiber in your deit!. Dont eat heavy foods or too much carbs like white bread!. eat tons of veggies, becuz it take smore calories to burn to eat them then there is actualy in it!. So have a bowl of cereal in the morning, make sure its portional and have a yogurt for lunch!. then have a salad for dinner, but a good salad with cheez and stuff on it!. but always munch ons nack through out the day so your metabolism speeds up! =] like cereal or fruit!. *fruit is the best snack ever* and just keep your deit consisting of these!. and you might have to cut off the sweets and ect!. and if u go veggitarian, you learn to like the natural flavors of veggies and fruits so its good!. =] well i hoipe i have helped you, im on the deit and i lost 20 pounds, and i want to lose 10 more by next month!.!. remmeber walk or do some stretches!. dont sit all the time!. its works you can lose up to 10 pounds in one month!. so good luck! =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

what you have been doing is really unhealthy!. if you want to lose weight and keep it off you shouldn't be losing more than 2-3 lbs a week!. always eat breakfast!. here's an example for a daily menu:

bfast - yogurt, granola, fruit
lunch - salad w/ low fat dressing and grilled chicken
dinner- frozen dinner (for portion control) and as many fresh veggies as you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

what is it with all these complicated diets!?
i was majorley overwight, and this is what i did:

ONLY eat strawberries and water!.
Exercise for 30 minutes, everyday!.

thats it!.
& when u exercise, i recommend dancing to a mix of like 9 songs that are super upbeat and fast!. it will work your whole body!.
