Question: What is a quick way to lose weight!?!?
i need to get smaller hips and thinner waist!.
my bmi is 19!.5!.

Eat healthy!
Cut out empty carbs like white bread and sugar!. If you are going to have bread go for whole/ multi grain
Have at least 5 fruit and veg a day!.
Make sure the fats you take in are the good kind (omega 3, 6 and 9) - you can get this from avo's and nuts and seeds etc, cook with olive oil and have extra virgin olive oil on salads (with red wine or balsamic vinegar - none of that bottled salad dressing nonsense)
Excercise!
for 30 minutes a day - cardio - get your heart rate raised!.

Also, your BMI is normal!. If it drops to 18!.5 and below you will be underweight

If your hips and waist are a problem area for you, just concentrate on toning those areas, try this site
