Question: If you weight train when does muscle grow!?
umm just wondering, when you do weight training how many days after should you see gains!?!?!?!?


and when your muscle aches next day, does that mean uve teared muscle for growth!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle will only grow if u put your complete dedication to your workout!.!.!.!.for proper growth keep basics in mind:
1 - do warm up set with light weight and more reps!.
2 - pick up weights which are uncomfortable(i!.e!. pick more that that u can easily pick)
3 - muscle will only grow if u pick heavy weight!.
4 - do proper streching pre and post wrokout!.
5 - give proper rest to your muscle(i!.e!. do not repeat the same part more than 2 times a week!.!.!.!.!.)

Like the first person says, it really depends how hard you are working out, what you are eating and what weight you are using!. If you want to see results, you need to do cardio aswell, because that will get rid excess fat that covers your muscles!. Then after doing weights, the pain you feel is due to the lactic acid!. When you work out, lactic acid is released!. However, if you do everything properly!.!.!.like bicep curls, bench press, shoulders, then you will get results at the right places!. After a good workout, and stretch, you muscles are teared!. And speaking of stretch, you MUST stretch BEFORE and AFTER working out your muscles!. Because when you use weights, it will stiffen your muscles!. Stretching make your muscles tear and lossen out for reshaping!. If you don't stretch, you muscles will become really stiff, painful and you won't be able to move it!. Weight training results can be visible within a few days, but really depends on your diet!. When your weight training your actually tearing your muscle fibers!. After an intense workout session you need to feed your body with enough protein for the muscle to grow!. You really cant tell how many days it can take to see gains becoz everyone's body type is different and some pack muscle real quick and some dont!.

When your muscles ache next day, it means that your muscles were lazy and now they are working right for you, don't do the weights every day, as muslces need to rest!.
