ok, i used to be 92 pounds and 4'8 and everyone was telling me i was anorexic!. now im 102 pounds and 5'3 and they still think im ridiculously skinny!. your fine, you dont need to loose weight or gain weight! you are positivley fine! dont change yourself just cause people are telling you to be something they want you to be!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No! Do not loose any weight!. You are WAY too skinny!.!.you at least need to add 10 pounds!. The weight you are at now is actually dangerous for you both mentally and physically!. Please don't think I'm giving you a lecture, I just want you to become healthy and fit!. The weight you are at now is putting a physical strain on your heart!.!.!.you could have a heart attack or a stroke if you don't start right now, today!. Tell yourself how important and beautiful you are and that you deserve to be healthy and feel confident about yourself!. Try drinking 'Ensure" it's a healthy nutritious drink and tastes good too! Ok seriously, when I worked out today, I was doing one hand dumbbell curs with 80 pounds ! But that was after I was doing some seriously heave work on other stuff!. So for me to hear a person ask if that at 89 pounds that I think they are FAT, I can't help but have to shake my head in bewilderment!.
NO YOU ARE NOT FAT ! and you do NOT necessarily need to gain any weight either!. Just go on the internet and learn what types of food you should be eating and do your best to exercise and leave it at that !
By the way, a normal ADULT should be eating combined about two pounds of vegetables and fruits each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are UNDERWEIGHT!. a healthy body mass index is between 18 and 25 and yours is 15!.5!. Someone your age and height should weight at least 105 lbs!. You need to focus on being healthy!.
