Help.. i need help...Im 87 pounds and 5"1/2... Is that ok?
Last year i was 87 pounds then i lost so much weight i got down to 78 pounds and i was way to skinny people say. But how come i didnt feel skinny at all... And now im back to 87 pounds and mabe more i dont want to weigh my self... I gained like 10 pounds and my mom you to say u have too skinny legs, now shes like they r healthy looking legs. But i dont want to be healthy i want to be skinny, i know thats bad but i dont know... I seem to eat all the time but i am very health coinsicous but i still eat alot of healthy things....Im only 13 years old tooo... what should i do losee weight or what
I love sports, like i love basketball and i play very competitive but in my other question people said i was underweight but when i seem to gain weight, its harder to run in a game.. I workout alot and lift weights abd i have a six pack but i have fat too and i dont know what to do
