My knees have been feeling weird (cracking, hurt when i go up stairs, feel like there's something moving around)!. Could this be caused by the fact that i am underweight!? My bmi is about 16!. If i gain weight, will it help or hurt my knees!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also have not had my period for about 7 months!. I think you should consult your family doctor!. This is due to underweight!. You need a certain mass of fats to have your period!.
You might also lack fats, as fats act as a protective cover for your bones and skins!. So, on top of increasing your protein intake to strenghten your bones, try eating more fats!. This will help your knees become stronger, it will not hurt your knees!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you should go to a doctor and get your thyroid checked!. Next you should tell me how old and how active you are because that doesn't seem like enough calories!.
