How can this be POSSIBLE!?!


Question: How can this be POSSIBLE!!?
In the morning I weighed myself!. After I ate breakfast I gained like 1 lbs! Why!? Is that correct or is it like water weight!? Im soo mad! But I have 2 yrs to loose weight though!. But i wanna loose weight in 3 months cause i wanna buy class for my 7th grade! ;)
I excercise like 2 or 3 times a day for almost a week, i eat right, and i drink alot of water!. I dont eat after 6pm if i get hungry then i eat a low calorie snack! But my question is: why did i gain a pound and is it correct!? oh and im gonna do some excercises soon and walk for about 40 minurtes, will that help!?!

You just ate something!. This increases even if it was a crumb you might see a difference!. So it's kind of like water weight!. Relax, you must be fit cause you have a great workout plan!. The excersies will help but not the "water weight" problem!.
Your fine, once the scale read 78!.9 pounds and then 83!.1 pounds!. It just because you had a sudden intake of food!. It's like a box and some balls!. The box weighs 50 pounds!. You put in a ball and it goes to 50!.5 pounds!. Your fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Mate, weigh yourself first thing in the morning and then after dinner - you'll "put on" loads of "weight"!. It's normal, don't freak out! For future reference also remember that as you're a girl, your period will probably affect your weight during the month!.!.!. Stop obsessing, if you obsess too much the stress hormones will actually cause you to gain weight :-P Lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Gee, you "ate" something!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. you did not have that food in you before and now it is in you, therefore you are now heavier!. You did not "gain" weight, you ate something!. Drink a bottle of water and you weigh exactly that much more right after drinking it!.

Come on everyone, weight loss takes time, weigh yourself once a month, our bodies can fluctuate up to 5 pounds in a day depending on what you put in it!.

I think you are a little obsessed about your weight!. You should get some help and about gaining weight it is absolutely normal to gain alt least 1 lbs after you eat but don't worry about that because it won't be noticed!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after eating, u will always be a pound or so heavier than normal, it will go away after an hour so, its completely normal!.!.!.its supposed to happen, dont worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
