i am a swimmer i put on alot of weight i am 5'9 inches male 175 pounds with a gut , i want to get down to 160 and have no gut and look sexy can u give me a diet plan for a swimmer
and should i loose 30 pounds to have no gut

In my bio courses I learnt that men store fat in their gut when they are stressed, so maybe you need to destress before you can lose weight.
As for diet, cut as much sugar and refined carbs (because they break down into sugar) as you can and exercise regularly. Simple things like running and doing stomach cruches will help you turn this around quickly. It doesn't need to be complicated.
