How can i lose 20 pounds in 1 month without diet pills???!!!?!

How can i lose 20 pounds in 1 month without diet pills???!!!?

I need to lose 15-20 pounds this month. How can i do this without pills? What excersises and foods? Help me!!!

OMG, that would not be healthy! try losing small amounts at a time. Try ordering those special foods that come in the mail. or....
1 don't eat large proportions
2 do NOT eat junk food or candy
3 go on jogs every day
4 do crunches every other day
5 eat healthy
6 by eating healthy i mean salad, some meats, fruits and veggies
7 don't freak about your weight, it's just a number
