Question: How should I starve myself!? So I can be a size zero by end of summer!?
How I mean as how much!? How little!? And tips/advice/PERSONAL EXPERIENCE[not opinions] and all those other stuff!.!.

NO NO NO! that's why you're depressed! honey! no! please don't! sweetie it's really not good for you! and i don't just mean because guys want curves (and i promise they do) but because eventually you'll realize that food is delicious and good and you'll eat again and then your metabolism will be so screwed that every time you eat a chip you'll gain a few pounds! seriously! no! if you want to lose some weight just eat healthy foods! okay! please, promise me you won't do that! that's not good hun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me, being a size zero is not worth malnutrition!.
I know!.
Starving yourself will cause you to gain weight in the long run, by slowing down your metabolism!. I eat healthy, I go to swim team practice (1 hour) five times a week, and I'm a size 0!.!.!. If you could do it that way, I'm sure you'd get what you want, plus you would be healthy and toned!.
Otherwise, try running/walking/jumproping at least an hour a day, or do circuits of those three activities to keep you interested!. Listen to music whilst doing so - it actually makes you burn more calories for some reason or another, plus it's fun!.
Here's how you should starve yourself: Starve yourself of sweets, processed carbs, white bread, salty stuff, soda, and red meat, but those things only!. Eat 5 servings of fruits/veggies a day, and drink 8 glasses of water a day!. 6 small meals, around 200-250 calories per meal, should about do it!.

why would you want to be a size 0 !? a lot of guys like girls with a little bit of shape to them!. not flat as a board!. why don't you concentrate on toning your body more than starving it!. if you are small enough where size 0 is a realistic goal then you probably only need to tone what you have and you will probably like the results a lot more than just being flat and tiny!. If you really do need to lose weight (ask advice of someone close to you) then you can work out and burn more calories than you eat!. this is unsafe and unhealthy though!. especially if you are already small and don't need to lose weight!. make sure you are taking a vitamin, and eating ur food groups!. drink a ton of water!. talk to your doctor, they can suggest moreWww@Answer-Health@Com

being a doctor i know these things what you should do is starve yourself or even better make yourself throw up after meals because that way you get all the nutrients you need BUT WITHOUT THE FAT its amazing i suggest you try it!.

and if you want to starve yourself don't eat anything and stick your finger down your throat to make yourself throw up!.

to be honest its your choice if you WANT to become ill and potentionally die but i wouldnt eat,make myself sick, binge eating then making myself chuck up before its digested!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
