Hi. I am 17 f. I am 5'1 and I weigh just 35 kg. Dad is 5'8 and mom is 5'3. I eat properly though! I guess I have a much much high metabolism rate. I want to increase my height and weight. I know increasing my height is difficult but at least I can try! How do I increase my height and weight?

u know my dad is 5`7 and ma sis height is 5'3 .....but m just 5'4 -5'5 . nd m 19 yrs . well i would let u know that it doesnt matter howz ur family mem height is...mmmm ... i think its matter ,lol , but its a rare case when their children stops growing at their respective heights . For galz , 20-21 yrs is must when they starts gaining height and u r just 17 yrs old...so wait 4-5 yrs more.

Regarding ur weight.....i think u should start taking juices and fruits . Juices and Shakes with lots of sugar to provide more calories. Milk fat like cream with the combination of sugar provides more fat... As u r gal, i know, u also like Chocolates ...so go for chocolates ;pastries.Adopt Fruit Cream ; like delicious recepies . u can also go for fast food also...hahahaha....wow! u ve many options to adopt !
whats ur waistline.....? if u r really sleek n thin like a bamboo stick then really u ve need 2 adopt junk food items . :-)
actually weight matters with bones also ..... calcium intake must be higher in ur diet. Bananas the best dietry product in Calcium .
i think 45 -50 kg at ur age is ok.....! u need to gain just 10 kg weight more . dats it... I think u ll start gaining wieght after 2-3 yrs automatically as u go far from ur teenage . Adulthood will make u change definetly by weight and by height. Beleive me !
