Question: Master cleanse diet!? need answers to lose weight, FAST!?
if i did the master cleasne (lemonade diet) how much weight could i lose in 15 days!? if i did it all correctly while exercising a bit too, and also is it possible to lose 50 pounds in about 2 months on it!?

Hi, Slim Quick has a 7 day detox, I used it and lost 11lbs in those 7 days I am not even kidding!. I worked out every day and ate very healthy!. I waited a couple of days and then did another one and lost 8 more pounds!. Now I am just taking the slimquick hoodia and since May 28th which is when I started all of this until now, I have lost almost 30 pounds!. Good luck!

I know you say you don't care how unhealthy it is, so I am hesitant to answer this but here goes:

Losing weight fast is possible, but not smart!. Why!?Because when you lose weight fast, you lose MUSCLE tissue!. The very tissue that helps your metabolism work faster!. In addition, losing muscle tissue makes your metabolism go slower, so you may lose weight fast for a few weeks, then the weight loss will slow down because you have lost muscle tissue and your metabolism has slowed down!.

I find this SO frustrating, because I know someone else is going to tell you to go for the fast weight loss and direct you to an unhealthy diet, and you'll go for it, because you are so desperate to be thin!. Read the article I've linked below!. Please!.

I know where you are coming from!. I lost weight (more than 40 pounds) lots of times in my 20s!. I spent my 30s being over 200 pounds!. The "normal" diet I was on was what caused me to be fat!. I exercised, but not seriously!.

Finally, in my mid-40s, I got smart!. I changed my way of eating forever!.I lost 90 pounds in 2006!. It took my 9 months!. I have remained the same weight, plus or minus 5 pounds since November of 2006!. I exercise 5-6 days a week!. I make sure I get plenty of strength training as well as cardio!. I feel better than I did when I was in my 30s!


But you don't care if you are doing harm to your body!. You can lose weight fast, but you will be back at 260 again in no time because you are not concerned with your health!. I do hope you will reconsider!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
