well first off the human body has a thing called a mitochondria in each of the bodys cells this mitochondria converts food into energy

now when the body gets more energy than needed it stores it in dadadada fat cells to be used later and this in turn increases weight

now fat is not a bad thing it's just alot of people have more fat cells than they need by eating alot of food

Now knowing this my advice is if you don't want to exercise than remain active because just going out and doing something burns calories burning calories is simple you can go for a walk, ride a bike to the store play some football with your friends whatever

so the fastest way to loose weight without exercise is to remain active and not eat more than your body needs to survive

also carbohydrates cut out the middle man (fat) and it is burned for energy first insted of fat if you really want to loose weight cut down on those carbs and burn as many fat cells as you canWww@Answer-Health@Com

Portion control and healthy eating is the only other way besides exercise, but adding exercise makes you healthier and you will lose weight faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
