HELP NEEDED! I am looking for a FREE diet plan...?!


Question: HELP NEEDED! I am looking for a FREE diet plan!.!.!.!?
on-line that works pretty fast!. All the sites I go to to says "free" up until the end!. Then "the bottom line" it says please pay only $60 bucks to download the diet plan!. I am looking for something that I can use to lose 20 pounds by July 16th!. We are going to New York on vacation for 2 weeks!. I will be meeting my fiance's family!. (the whole family) I already exercise and try my best to eat only healthy foods!. I do NOT eat any type of sweets what so ever!. (I hate sweets, always have) BUT it's not working!. Maybe finding the right diet plan would work best!.!.!.!? Also I'm not the young chick I use to be!.!.!.I'm 37!. So, I need something in my age group as well!. Hopefully you'll have better luck than myself in finding something that could be of some help for me!.

I know this is a lot to ask for from y'all so I would like to Thank You so much in advance for you time and help!. Any and all help is appreciated!

If you're looking for quick results, look up the cabbage soup diet!. You'll lose 10-13 lbs in 7 days!. Or look up south beach diet, phase I!. You'll also lose roughly the same amount in one week!. They're not the healthiest (especially the first one), but if you want fast results, this is it!. They both worked for me!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think it's totally about self-control:

Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt

Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)

Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar

Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)
Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios

Some other tips:
DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING

I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)

Another thing is to drink green tea once a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health

And of course, do at least 50 abs per day
