How to do push ups easily????!

Question: How to do push ups easily!?!?!?!?
Answers:
If you struggle you may want to start doing some on your knees and push up on your arms to build muscular strength!. Someone told me to do that when I used to struggle and said do 100 a day!. Don't sweat it, you don't have to do them all at once!. Maybe do some in the morning and spread it through out the day!. One of my friends that is a high school basketball coach does ten regular push ups an hour so he builds and work out those muscles!. He has to know what he's talking about so he doesn't injure the kids when they workout or practice!. 10 isn't going to wear you out and you can do more later because your not tired and by doing this you can easily say you did 100 or better push-ups in a day!. As you gain more muscle, you can increase the amount of push ups you do to build endurance!. You may lift weights or do crunches to strengthen your upper body and get more muscle so you can lift your body when you push up!. I saw a commercial on tv that they sell something called the perfect push up invented by someone who used to be in the NAVY, and it is like a handle that you grasp that reduces pressure on your wrist!. You may check that out at http://www!.perfectpushup!.com/!. Maybe you can check out some instructional videos or something at http://youtube!.com/ and see if they have anything their and be sure to search for pushups so you get all push up videos and don't skip over any!. You may lean against something and push off of!. Also, keep you body as straight as you can and keep your feet straight so all of the pressure doesn't go to your upper body!. This helped me as I used to struggle and get made fun of at school and I would get mad!. It's not your fault, some people just have some trouble and this is my experience at this!. I hope I was some help and Good Luck!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use chairs, blocks, or something else to elevate your upper torso, by putting your hands on them, when that gets easy, move lower until your using the same surface as your feet, then switch it out to where your feet are elevated higher then your arms, remeber to practice form first, keep your body in-line, quality rather then quanity, and the quanity will increase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try to do push-ups on your knees at first or do push-ups on a wall, and then once that becomes easier, try regular push-ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
