I'm 17 & i am 161 pounds how can i loose weight with out the cost of money well not a lot what can i eat & do

i want to loose weight fast and really fast ... i'll wait i know i'll cause i know i have to but i don't want to buy machines and stuff like that i want to do it but my self natural please help because i don't know what to do I'll do any thing be buy things that has no need so if you can help help and by the way i got a ab lounge how long and how many times can i us that a day


Answers:

All you need to do is walk go out side and walk long distance build up and once you get ok with the distance you start with start to go faster and longer walks
you do not need to run just walk it is best if you could walk up and down hills or walk up and down stairs if you live in an apartment building

as for eating
eat whole grains
beans not the green or yellow
lentils
legumes
brown or wild rice
they are all cheap to buy

do not eat processed foods
do not eat
white flour
white sugar
white rice

eat more fiber
stay away from juices eat the fruit instead it has more fiber
if you want a treat of one of the foods you should stay away from eat fiber with it.

I did not give you a "site" because there are so many of them and every one has their own tastes

a great book that explains all of this is
ultra motabulizim it has an orange cover
and you can do simple things
if you take the bus get off a few stops before your stop and walk do not take elevators take the stairs
even if you start with a couple of levels and take the elevator the rest of the way.

If you get together with your friends go for a walk instead of staying in doors

try to find trails around where you live or a park

the more activity you put into your life the more you will lose
but you donot have to join a gym or get any thing special

the only thing I would recomend is for you to get a good pair of walking shoes ones that suport the foot well
