Another thread like this, ahhh. But I don't blame you. The media have conned many people with things like "Lose 30lbs in 30 days" and the such, as people would rather hear them then "You need sweat, alot of determination, etc".
Just to save time, have a look at this site. And it's something which you should hopefully be able to do for the long term, unlike diet plans which are only temp.
